End-User License Agreement (EULA)

The Software is licensed, not sold.

Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

The Software is available under two license types:

2.1 Personal Use License (Free)

Licensor grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Personal use includes:

• private use
• learning
• hobby projects

Personal use does not include:

• use in a business or organization
• use for providing services to others
• use in any activity intended to generate revenue

2.2 Professional (Commercial) License (Paid)

If you use the Software for any commercial or professional purpose, you must obtain a paid Professional License.

Commercial or professional use includes, but is not limited to:

• use by a business, company, or organization
• use in your job or for your employer
• use for client work
• use in revenue-generating activities

Professional Licenses may be subject to additional terms such as:

• per-user or per-device limits
• activation or license keys

Details are provided at the time of purchase or on Licensor's website.

You may not:

• copy or distribute the Software except as permitted by this Agreement
• sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where prohibited by law
• remove or alter any copyright or license notices

Licensor may provide updates, modifications, or additional features. Some features may require activation or a valid Professional License.

Licensor is not obligated to provide updates or continued support.

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You assume all risks associated with the use of the Software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
